TERMS and CONDITIONS

• While New Floor, LLC makes every effort to install high quality floorings, in the event that installers cannot repair existing floor squeaks due to the premise’s floor leveling or subfloors not installed by us or other problems arising from original underlayment and floor structure, a refund will not be issued.  We cannot guarantee that any attempts to repair will be effective.

• For products made from natural materials, natural variations will occur, and the products are not defective.  No refund will be made for natural products that have normal color, texture and appearance variations; and replacement will only be made at additional labor charge upon client’s request.

• Carpet colors are expected to vary from dye lot to dye lot, therefore, color variances that fall within industry-established ranges are not considered defects and will not be replaced.
